Just ten years ago, Australia was getting its hands on the first iPhone, global economies were crashing, and the Olympic team was reeling from bringing home 14 gold medals from Beijing. It was a monumental year for REDiNK as well— 2008 was the year our business started.
A decade is a long time for any business. And in today’s market, it’s no longer surprising to see startups and new companies shut down before even marking their 3rd year. From A One-Man Show To A Thriving Business
To understand how far we’ve come, we’ve got to start with the man behind it all—Wayne Cottee.
Wayne started out as a print apprentice in 1990. Picking up knowledge about the business and building skills along the way, he steadily worked his way up in the industry. From the get-go, he knew he wanted to pursue a career in an industry where he can excel, challenge his creativity, and support his family at the same time.
All the years of learning and building his expertise finally came together when he founded REDiNK 18 years later. His initial plan was to work for himself and earn a decent living, but the business soon became so much bigger than that. Today, the company has grown into a team of passionate, creative, and driven professionals focused on reaching the highest quality of service and push the business to the next level.

With this step, we’re repositioning the business to expand our services, become more competitive in the market, and continue to bring in like-minded team members to further help our steady growth.
